Shipping & Other Policies

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We reserve the right to restrict the shipment to any address for any reason. In this case, your account will be credited in full and you will be informed via email.

When you place an order, there will be a 1 week handling time for all orders. Your order will ship after this handling time. Choosing an expedited shipping method will not affect this 1 week period. 

Items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturers defect or an error on our part. If you received something you did not order, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Please contact is at malignaggi.media@gmail.com with any problems or concerns.

Sales and promotional codes are not valid for orders placed before promotional period. Therefore, orders placed prior to August 12, 2010 are not eligible for the 20% "End of Summer 2010" sale.
